Create a list of your favorite residents and their families and ask them what initially brought them to your community, what kind of marketing tactics they paid attention to, and if they know anyone that might benefit from learning more about your organization. Whether this survey process is an online survey or a simple conversation, you can get some really valuable information on how to market to your target demographic.
Make this process easy by creating a short survey and distributing it to the email addresses you already have on file. Then, let your amazing residents and their families do the rest! If your residents and their families do not utilize email, print out the survey or meet with them one-on-one to ask them the survey questions. Once you have the responses, share those with your team and go ten times bigger with any marketing tactic your top residents find worthwhile.
