If your community already has CRM software in place, Bloom offers tools and training to optimize your efforts. If not, we advise the community on which CRM software to deploy, and we offer consultation on setup and management. Wherever you are on the spectrum, we will guide you toward best practices in managing and analyzing interactions with incoming resident families throughout the sales cycle – all with the goal of improving relationships, retention and occupancy.
CRM Support may include consultation time as well as an easy-to-implement strategy that engages contacts and moves them down the sales funnel. This strategy may also involve team training.
You will receive the contracted amount of consultation and training time. You may also receive documentation of the sales strategy, depending upon its complexity. You will also receive the contracted amount of agency time to design and develop any related materials. Delivery of electronic final files is included.
